1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and tbjli.cam (hereinafter referred to as "tbjli," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the tbjli online gaming platform, including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, games, services, and all related features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the tbjli platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms apply to all Users of the tbjli platform, regardless of geographic location within the Philippines, device used to access Services, or frequency of use. Your continued use of tbjli Services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register an account, access, or use any Services provided by tbjli. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the governmental body responsible for regulating gaming activities within the Philippines. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

tbjli reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through submission of valid government-issued identification documents. Acceptable forms of identification include Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, Postal ID, or other government-issued photo identification showing date of birth. Failure to provide requested age verification documentation within seven (7) calendar days will result in account suspension until such documentation is provided. Any User found to have misrepresented their age will have their account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded minus any bonuses received.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services offered by tbjli are intended exclusively for Users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and use. You are prohibited from accessing or using tbjli Services while located outside Philippine territory, including but not limited to accessing our platform via virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

tbjli employs geolocation verification technology to confirm User location. Attempts to bypass or manipulate geolocation systems constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination. Users traveling outside the Philippines must refrain from accessing their tbjli account or using any Services until they return to Philippine territory.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into contracts or participating in online gaming activities. If you are accessing tbjli Services on behalf of a business entity or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2.4 Self-Exclusion and Prohibited Persons

You are prohibited from creating an account or using tbjli Services if you have previously been excluded from gambling services through self-exclusion programs, if you have been banned or restricted by tbjli for violation of Terms, or if you are employed by tbjli, our affiliated companies, or game providers supplying content to our platform. Individuals who have voluntarily entered into self-exclusion agreements with other PAGCOR-licensed operators must honor such exclusions and refrain from creating tbjli accounts during the exclusion period.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming Services, you must create a personal tbjli account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name as it appears on government identification, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number registered in the Philippines, residential address, and preferred currency (Philippine Peso). You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active tbjli account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tbjli employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent ban from our platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tbjli account login credentials, including your username, password, and any additional authentication factors. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. You agree to immediately notify tbjli of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other security breach of which you become aware.

tbjli recommends implementing strong security practices including using unique passwords not shared with other online services, enabling two-factor authentication if available, logging out after each gaming session when using shared computers or public networks, and avoiding accessing your account from public Wi-Fi networks or internet cafes where security cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or resulting from security breaches caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

tbjli reserves the right to request verification documents at account registration, before processing withdrawal requests, or at any time during your use of Services to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Verification requirements are mandated by anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You agree to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in our verification request.

Standard verification documents include government-issued photo identification showing full name and date of birth, proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months such as utility bills or bank statements, photographs or screenshots of payment methods used for deposits showing account holder name, and sworn affidavits or notarized declarations if discrepancies exist between provided information and identification documents. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until account verification is successfully completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your tbjli account using the payment methods designated on our platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, bank transfers to Philippine domestic banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), cryptocurrency wallets accepting USDT, and Coins.ph. All deposits must be made from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits, including deposits made by family members, friends, or business associates using their own payment methods on your behalf, are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. tbjli does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantaneously upon confirmation by the payment provider, though bank transfers may require 15 minutes to 2 hours for processing during banking hours.

By depositing funds into your tbjli account, you represent and warrant that all deposited funds are legally obtained, belong to you, and are not derived from illegal activities. tbjli reserves the right to refuse or return deposits that we suspect are connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available funds in your tbjli account at any time, subject to these Terms, completion of wagering requirements on bonuses, and verification of your account and payment method. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method in your own name matching the name on your tbjli account. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances for security and regulatory compliance reasons.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during Philippine banking hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Cryptocurrency withdrawals to USDT wallets are processed within 1 to 4 hours depending on blockchain network congestion.

tbjli reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts exceeding PHP 50,000, or withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status, with standard accounts limited to PHP 500,000 per day and VIP accounts subject to higher limits negotiated with account management.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even if you have not utilized any bonuses. This requirement prevents tbjli from being used as a money transfer or currency exchange service. Attempts to deposit and immediately withdraw funds without gaming activity will result in account investigation and potential closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Terms

tbjli offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotion description at the time of offer. General bonus terms described in this section apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Participation in promotions is voluntary. You may choose to accept or decline bonuses offered to you. Once accepted, bonuses are credited to your account and become subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of bonus amount (and sometimes deposit amount) that must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, standard wagering requirements for tbjli bonuses are thirty (30) times the bonus amount. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus carries PHP 30,000 in wagering requirements. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirement completion: slots contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute 10%, table games contribute 15%, and certain excluded games contribute 0%.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in bonus terms, typically fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days from bonus crediting. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Once wagering requirements are completed, bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash and may be freely withdrawn or continued in play.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

tbjli reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that abusive play patterns indicate bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity we deem contrary to the spirit of promotional offers.

Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be restricted or declined for professional players or those engaged in systematic advantage play strategies. tbjli's determination of bonus abuse is final and not subject to dispute.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games offered on the tbjli platform operate according to their respective rules as displayed in game help screens or information sections. You are responsible for understanding game rules before placing wagers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for electronic games or by physical outcomes in live dealer games, ensuring fairness and unpredictability.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software defect, all affected game rounds are void and wagers are refunded to player accounts. tbjli is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond wager refunds. Game outcomes recorded in our system are considered final and authoritative. In case of disputes, tbjli's determination of game outcomes based on server records is final and binding.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

tbjli is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. You acknowledge that gambling carries risk of financial loss and should only be undertaken for entertainment purposes using funds you can afford to lose. You are encouraged to utilize responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

6.3 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates the integrity of gaming activities on the tbjli platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: collusion with other players to gain unfair advantages; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software bugs or errors to gain advantages; engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent gaming practices; abusive communication toward other players or tbjli staff; or any other activity we deem detrimental to fair play and platform integrity.

tbjli employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns and prohibited activities. Users found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts immediately suspended pending investigation, and proven violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account funds including deposits and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities for criminal prosecution where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, video, audio, designs, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the tbjli platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of tbjli or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The tbjli name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tbjli and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tbjli platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in Content or any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise exploit Content except as expressly permitted.

Unauthorized use of Content, including copying, downloading (except as necessary for normal platform functionality), distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, licensing, or creating derivative works, violates intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in civil and criminal prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to specific prohibitions described elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Accessing or using the tbjli platform while located outside the Philippines or while using VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing other persons to access Services through your account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification processes;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds belonging to third parties;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from tbjli software or games;
• Using automated systems including bots, spiders, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or functionality of the platform or servers;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, tbjli systems, or networks;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code through or to the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities;
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or otherwise abusing other Users or tbjli personnel;
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Philippine laws or regulations.

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by tbjli

tbjli reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we require additional time to investigate suspicious account activity. During suspension, you will not be able to access gaming Services or request withdrawals, though existing withdrawal requests in processing will be completed unless investigation reveals violations warranting fund forfeiture.

9.2 Termination by tbjli

tbjli may terminate your account and access to Services immediately without prior notice if you materially breach these Terms, provide false information during registration or verification, engage in fraudulent activities, repeatedly violate platform policies, or if we determine that continuing the relationship poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risks. Upon termination for breach, all account balances may be forfeited, including deposits and winnings, and you will be permanently banned from creating new accounts.

9.3 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all available account balances. Active bonus balances and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened except at tbjli's sole discretion. If you wish to exclude yourself from gaming activities for responsible gaming purposes, please utilize self-exclusion tools rather than simple account closure to ensure you cannot reopen your account during the exclusion period.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use tbjli Services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. Terminated accounts may not be reopened or replaced, and attempts to create new accounts following termination may result in additional legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tbjli, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (collectively, "tbjli Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

tbjli Parties aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your tbjli account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

tbjli is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity disruptions, power outages, system maintenance, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, our liability is limited to refunding affected wagers.

You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that you participate in gaming activities at your own risk. tbjli makes no warranty or guarantee regarding gaming outcomes, frequency of wins, or profitability of gaming activities. Past gaming performance does not predict future results.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution procedures, you agree to contact tbjli customer support to attempt informal resolution of any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Services. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team. Please provide detailed information about your dispute including account details, date and time of issue, description of the problem, and desired resolution.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of tbjli Services that cannot be resolved through informal means shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

11.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, tbjli is subject to regulatory oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Users who believe tbjli has violated applicable gaming regulations or PAGCOR directives may file complaints directly with PAGCOR through their official complaint procedures. PAGCOR complaints should be filed only after attempting resolution through tbjli's internal dispute resolution processes.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against tbjli.

12. Changes to Terms

tbjli reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to comply with new legal or regulatory requirements, to address new services or features, to improve clarity, or for any other reason we deem necessary or appropriate. When material changes are made to these Terms, we will notify you by email to your registered email address and by posting an updated version on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of tbjli Services following notification of Terms changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using our Services and may close your account. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting for new Users and thirty (30) days after posting for existing Users unless otherwise specified.

Changes to dispute resolution provisions, liability limitations, or other material terms affecting your legal rights will be highlighted in update notifications and will not apply retroactively to disputes arising before the effective date of changes.
